PURPOSE: To make a lead-acid battery replaced by a user immediately after purchase by providing a tool to attach and detach the lead-acid battery in a packing case. CONSTITUTION: A storage part 2 is formed in the outer face of a packing case 1 of a lead-acid battery and a tool 3 to attach and detach a lead-acid battery is stored in the storage part 2. The storage part 2 is formed by forming a recessed part in the front face of the case 1 by pressing. Fixing of the tool 3 is done with a string or a metal wire. Consequently, even in the case a retailer does not service to exchange lead-acid batteries or even in the case a user does not always have the tool in a vehicle, exchange of lead-acid batteries can be done immediately. It is preferably that the tool 3 for attachment and detachment is made of resin for prevention of short circuit, the length of the tool 3 is shorter than the distance between terminals, or that the tool 3 is coated with insulation material. |
