PURPOSE: A water distiller is provided, which is characterized in that flowrate of distilled water generated by a heater of a heating tank and flowrate of filtered water filtered by a filtering part are controlled by a control device for preventing filtered water waste. Also residual organics are oxidized chemically. CONSTITUTION: The generator comprises the following parts: a body; the filtering part(20) for filtering water in several stage; the heating tank(30) for heating filtered water by the heater(32); a cooler(40) for cooling vapor heated by the heater(32); a bottle(50) for storing distilled water generated through the cooler(40); a water level checking bottle(60) for equalizing water level with water level of the heating tank(30); the control device(70) for controlling filtered water supply according to water level of the water level checking bottle(60); and an oxidizing means(80) for oxidizing residual organics by injecting oxidizer like as KMnO4.
