PURPOSE: A method and a system for automatically searching and exchanging points are provided to exchange the points and increase a point utilization degree of a customer by searching the points periodically and automatically exchanging when the points reach a level. CONSTITUTION: A point server(22) receives information of each customer from a member information database(30), and then executes operations of point search and exchange. The point server(22) receives the result executed by a point robot(26) from a member point database(24), and sends it to a mail server(28) or to a web browser(32). The point robot(26) searches point information of each member from a certain web site(36), and executes a point exchange operation after checking whether the points obtained by a customer are proper to an exchange condition. A mail server(28) receives the e-mail information stored in the member information database(30) when the point search and exchange are completed, and sends the result of the point exchange to a customer computer(34).
