PURPOSE: A method for giving service by a hot key is provided to enable a user to get desired service quickly by using the hot key. CONSTITUTION: A user of a cellular phone accesses a service providing server via a mobile communication network in order to be registered as a member(S30). The member inputs service details mainly used and selection numbers by each item(S32). A short cut service providing server stores hot key information for requesting service, inputted by each member, in a database(S34). A hot key input signal is sent from the cellular phone to the short cut service providing server(S36). A call connection is made between a bank server and the cellular phone of the user, and thus the bank server immediately provides the service which corresponds to a hot key number to the cellular phone of the user(S38).
