PURPOSE: A panel drive device of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and a panel driving system thereof are provided to generate control signals for controlling panels of various specifications by a microcontroller instead of manufacturing the panels with ASIC, thereby manufacturing commonly usable panel driving devices and systems at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A panel drive device of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) includes a microcontroller(250), a data conversion part(210) to be controlled by the microcontroller for receiving complex data including color data and horizontal/vertical synchronization signals and generating clock signals, a panel control part(220) for receiving the complex data and the clock signals to generate internal data signals including the control signals for driving the panel of the LCD, the color data and the clock signals, under the control of the microcontroller, and a transmission part(260) for receiving the internal data signals from the panel control part to transmit the signals to the LCD.
