PURPOSE: An energy collecting type electric fan is provided to be easily installed and used on an upper end of a ceiling board. CONSTITUTION: An electric fan comprises an outer case(037) forming the exterior thereof; a random matrix rotary wheel assembly; a wheel and center frame assembly; a fan assembly for air supply and discharge; a driving motor, all of which are installed on an outside and an inside of the outer case with coupling parts so as to collect cold energy and heat energy of exhaust air and supplied to the supplied air by passing exhaust air and supplied air by one-to-one counter current so that the exhaust air and the supplied air exchange heat with each other and includes an automatic control device to automatically control the electric fan according to preset program.
