<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a steam aging system for processed foods, which recovers and recycles discharged wet steam after steam aging to save energy. CONSTITUTION: The steam aging system is characterized by a steam aging chamber(10), a stem supply device(20) which provides wet steam into the steam aging chamber, a discharging duct(40) through which wet steam is discharged, a discharged heat recovery device(50) which recovers discharged wet steam then heats and reprovides it into the steam aging chamber.</p> |
