PURPOSE: An instant puzzle forming machine capable of cutting, forming and providing in situ a puzzle from a picture or a photograph which a consumer might want is provided which can lower the overall volume thereof to install at a conventional store as well as forming paper board with small force. CONSTITUTION: This cutting and forming apparatus for puzzle comprises: a normal/reverse rotational motor(10) mounted with a drive gear(11) at its rotational axis; a rotational drum(20) in which one side gear(21) of gears(21,22) formed on both sides is geared to the drive gear and normally or reversely rotated; a pressure drum(30) in which a gear(31) formed on one side thereof is geared to the one side gear of the rotational drum and normally or reversely rotated; a moving tray(40) in which a rack gear(42) is geared to a gear disposed at the another side of the rotational drum and forwardly and backwardly moved; a mold(50) disposed at the lower part of a support plate(51) and equipped with an elastic rubber plate(52); and paper board(60).
