PURPOSE: A baking machine improved in a kneading drum structure to reduce the number of constituent parts is provided. Therefore, it can prevent the separation and abrasion of each constituent parts as well as improving productivity and reducing manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: This machine comprises a body formed by an oven chamber and a part chamber and a pair of kneading drums(20) disposed far apart at predetermined intervals parallel to each other to wind both end parts of a sealing pack received by bread material while normally and reversely rotating, wherein the kneading drums comprise: a bar form drum body(25) rotatively supported on the inner wall of the oven chamber at its one side and coupled with a drum drive part at its another side; and a plurality of hooking protrusions(27) projected each other at specified intervals along a longitudinal direction at the drum body to hang on one end part of the sealing pack.
