PURPOSE: A device for assembling a control panel of a car audio is provided to make a driver install a car audio control panel in any desired places, to offer convenience during a travel by adjusting the front face of the car audio control panel, and to prevent an accident due to the loss of the front visual field of the driver during a travel. CONSTITUTION: A device for assembling a control panel of a car audio comprises a trim panel assembly for removably installing a car audio control panel, a base assembly tightly installed in the vehicle room, and a connecting bar assembly for connecting the trim panel assembly with the base assembly. The base assembly includes a base(20), a rotor(22) rotatably installed in the center of the base, and a control panel(30) rotatably installed on each side of the rotor. The connecting bar assembly includes a connecting bar(24) rotating by the rotation of the control panel, a rotating bush(28) surrounding a shaft penetrating through the connecting bar, and a rotating bush installation plate(26). The trim panel assembly includes a trim panel support plate(32) and a guide member for holding the car audio control panel.
