PURPOSE: A massage apparatus containing a finger-pressure protrusion with a built-in heating element and a far infrared lamp is provided. Therefore, it has an effect on decomposing subcutaneous fat of the abdomen and the intestines, removing fecal impaction and constipation and improving intestinal health. CONSTITUTION: A drive motor(2) is connected to a rotational plate(7) by a shaft(3) to rotate the rotational plate along with a finger-pressure protrusion(4), a finger-pressure protrusion inducing pipe(5c) with a built-in a spring(6) and a finger-pressure protrusion are connected to the rotational plate, a through-hole is formed on one surface of the finger-pressure protrusion inducing pipe and mounted with a bearing(5a) to become a supporter of a lifting motion of the finger-pressure protrusion. A heating element connected to an electrical cable is contained in the lower end of the finger-pressure protrusion, a far infrared lamp is mounted on the rotational plate while disposing an arm, longitudinal axis and an uneven groove on the bottom plate.
