A nasal applicator, for allergy tests, has a substrate (2) coated with at least one allergen material, fitted to a carrier (1) matching the anatomy of the interior of the nose. The substrate (2) is brought into contact with the mucous membrane of the nose (3), for the antibodies to penetrate the substrate (2), for the antigen-antibody complex to be identified by a specific in vitro test process.
