PURPOSE: A solar battery panel is used to trace solar light, thereby to maximize generating efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A generating system comprises a wind generator(1), and a solar battery panel(2). A power control portion(70) controls power source to supply wind and solar energy to load and charge it. A solar position sensor(50) makes the solar battery panel to follow sun. A solar position tracing portion(90) traces the position of sun by the signal of the solar position sensor. A rotator(60) rotates the solar battery panel by the signal of the solar position tracing portion.
