PURPOSE: An exhaust gas is reduced, and a performance of a turbo air duct of a turbocharger intercooler is improved. CONSTITUTION: A turbo air duct is divided into a turbocharged air duct inlet and a turbocharged air duct outlet. The turbocharged air duct inlet and the turbocharged air duct outlet are extracted in parison of a predetermined length in a polyamide including an elastomer. A flexible part has a lot of elastomer to have enough flexibility. A rubber adaptor is applied to the flexible part of both end of assembly to improve sealing property.
