PURPOSE: A traffic sign device is provided, which makes signboard installed to the post easily, enhances durability and appearance, and reduces maintenance costs. CONSTITUTION: The traffic sign device comprises: a post clamp(10) whose one end is composed of two arched clamping bands(11,15) hinged mutually and the other end is bound by a bolt(18) and a nut(18a) to cover up the outer circumference of a post erected on a roadside; a supporting bar(20) fixed to the post clamp(10) toward the radius direction; and a sign plate(30) composed of a ring-shaped band frame(31) provided with an assembly groove(32), and front and back covers(34,35) having skirts(36,37) interposed to both assembly grooves(32) of the band frame(31).
