PURPOSE: A body valve of a shock absorber is provided to increase the channel area and to improve placing performance. CONSTITUTION: A body valve(140) of a shock absorber(100) is equipped with a body, installed at the lower end of an internal pipe(120), forming a channel communicating the internal pipe and external pipe(110) between a base cap(150) installed to the external pipe. The body has a plane base and plural protrusions(144) formed on the lower outer periphery. A supporter(146) forming a channel between the protrusions and the base cap is installed between the base of the body and base cap. The supporter has at least three supporting faces extended from the center to the outside. The area of the body channel is increased and the placing performance of the body with the base cap is improved, by installing the supporter.
