PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a magnetically shielding sheet to be wound on or pasted on a conductive cable, a magnetic recording medium or the inner wall of a shield room of arbitrary shape. SOLUTION: A magnetic shielding sheet 1 is made of flexible material with thickness below 100μm and formed of alloy such as Fe-Ni a alloy processed of magnetic-shielding function. The Fe-Ni alloy comprises 30 to 85wt.% of Ni and furthermore 8wt.% or below of one or more elements selected out of Mo or Cu. The shielding sheet 1 is formed of Fe-Cr-Al alloy or Fe-Co-V alloy in addition to Fe-Ni alloy. One or more elements selected out of an adhesive later 2, a film 3, or a paper are laminated on the one side of the magnetic shielding sheet 1, so that the magnetic shielding sheet 1 provided with the adhesive layer 32 or the like can be easily wound on the surface of a conductive cable or a communition cable, or can be formed into a case, such as an envelope or a bag which houses an FD or the like, or pasted on the inner surface of a room, such as a shielding room. |
