PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer porcelain tube molding method capable of obtaining sufficient adhesion of a flange fixture with a silicone rubber and shortening curing time. SOLUTION: A hollow core member 2 with flange fixtures 3-1, 3-2 at both ends is arranged within a polymer porcelain tube molding mold 1, a covering forming material is filled in covering forming spaces 1a, 1b around the hollow core member 2, then the mold 1 is heated to the prescribed covering forming material curing temperature, and the housing forming material is cured to form a polymer porcelain tube. When mold temperature is raised to the prescribed curing temperature by heating, temperature of the flange fixtures 3-1, 3-2 extruded from the mold 1 is separately raised. |
