PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing health supplementary food products for the diabetic by using commonplace ingredients. Therefore, the diabetic can take the health supplementary food products having improving therapeutic effect on diabetes, cost effectively. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: mixing cinnamon, sea tangle, green laver and Lycium chinense in a mixing ratio of 3:3:3:1; mixing the mixture with water in a mixing ratio of 3:7; heating the mixture for 2-4 hours; and squeezing the produced liquid phase material with a straining member.
