PURPOSE: A method for a detail and a PMS(Post Marketing Surveillance) using a network is provided for an interactive communication between a doctor and a pharmaceutical company in order to enhance an efficiency as a marketing of the pharmaceutical company using a network as the Internet. CONSTITUTION: An E-Detail contract is concluded between a web site manager and a pharmaceutical company, and an account of a charged person of the pharmaceutical company is issued(11). The charged person performs a client targeting(12). The charged person manufactures Detail data(13). The Detail data are transmitted in a client page of a doctor(14). A campaign mail is transmitted to the doctor, and a publicizing is performed(15). The Detail data are opened and used in the client page(16). The charged person of the pharmaceutical company designates a business charged person according to doctors in the company(17). An interactive communication is performed between a doctor and the pharmaceutical company(18). The pharmaceutical company analyzes a client page using state(19).
