PURPOSE: To eliminate a main flux loss without sacrificing a gap by arranging a magnetic weight at a leakage flux part while considering cost reduction by reducing a coreless rotor coil, and to increase eccentricity to surely stop the rotor at a position where the maximum torque is generated. CONSTITUTION: This is an eccentric rotor (R1) provided with at least a piece of eccentrically arranged coreless rotor coil (3) and a commutator consisting of a printed wiring board (4), and a pendent part (2a) is arranged on the commutator side on the outer peripheral part of the coreless rotor coil, and this pendent part is at least partly provided with the magnetic weight (W1), and thus, the eccentric rotor is arranged so as to stop at the position where the effective conductor part (3a) of the coreless rotor coil receives the maximum magnetic flux by using the peripheral leakage flux of a magnet (5).
