PURPOSE: An exercise apparatus for skiing and snowboarding is provided to enjoy skiing and snowboarding as if it were real in a narrow space using artificial snow. CONSTITUTION: The exercise apparatus comprises: an artificial lawn surrounded by the outer circumferential face of a driving roller and a driven roller; a tension control unit controlling the tensile force of the artificial lawn by a vertical operation of an operating roller installed between both guide rollers and a handle coupled to one upper end of a main body, wherein a hopper having a removal part is installed below the front face of the driving roller for recovering artificial snow, a feed screw rotating by a driving motor is equipped in the hopper, and an air pump is installed at one end of the feed screw so that the artificial snow recovered by the hopper and fed by the feed screw is fed to an artificial snow injecting body through a feed hose.
