PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safe skin care preparation having excellent aging preventing, skin roughening ameliorating, wound curing and antiinflammatory actions on the skin without skin irritation or skin sensitizing properties. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation is obtained by formulating one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of anα-hydroxy acid, salts thereof and derivatives thereof with one or more kinds of glycerolipids in combination. Propagation promoting actions on fibroblasts, skin humectant actions and skin cell activating actions are synergistically enhanced by formulation of respective small amounts to provide excellent prevention and amelioration of aging symptoms of the skin and amelioration of skin roughening, wound curing effects and antiinflammatory actions.
