PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the disagreeable taste of a mastic-containing composition for oral cavity application caused by the characteristic cypress-like taste of mastic. SOLUTION: The characteristic taste of a mastic-containing composition for oral cavity application is remarkably improved by formulating l-menthol and/or carvone to the composition.
