PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detachable bag for a two-wheeler easily detached in a single operation so as to be usable as a handbag while being prevented from inadvertently falling or being stolen because of being positively mounted to the two-wheeler besides being easily mountable to a frame part between both legs under a saddle of the two wheeler. SOLUTION: This detachable bag for the two-wheeler is constituted by providing one face of a bag body 20A with a hole 29 serving as a locking part for locking a seat pipe 4 of a frame 2 of the two-wheeler 1, and a catch member 40 entering the hole 29, and forming a recessed part 24 for fitting a down pipe 8 of the frame 2, in an adjoining face.
