PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropipet used in fields such as the production of biochips such as DNA microarrays, to provide a dispenser, and to provide a method for producing a biochip. SOLUTION: In the micropipet 10, a port 2 that pours a specimen, a cavity 3 that holds the specimen, and a port 6 that delivers the sample to the external are formed on the pipette body 1; a piezoelectric/electrostrictive element 7 is formed on the external surface of the body 1; the volume of the cavity 3 is changed by driving the element 7; a definite amount of the specimen held in the cavity 3 is delivered from the port 6, and it is charaterized in that the shape of a cross section rectangular to the axial direction is a polygonal one having at least three protrusions radially protruding from the center and having interior angles including acute and obtuse angles or a crown one defined by a curve connecting the protrusions, the area of the cross section changes in a manner that it continuously and gradually decreases over the distance between the specimen inlet end 23 of a through-hole 5 and the specimen exit end 24 while it keeps approximately similar figures.
