PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve an inconvenience when carrying load (both hands are not freely usable because load is carried on the shoulder and load is held in the arms) and heavy labor for carrying by carrying load by utilizing a shoulder and waist belt type or a wheel type with a step ascending/descending driving device according to the kind of load and road conditions (an ordinary road, an uneven road and a step). SOLUTION: In the load carrying tool (load carrying platform) usable both as shoulder and waist belt suspending type and this carrying tool mount type wheel load carrying apparatus, the load carrying platform for placing load is made a shoulder and waist belt type suspending type for lifting the platform by the shoulder, the wheel with step ascending/descending driving device is utilized for heavy load, either one of the types can be utilized and selected, and load can be easily carried according to the kind of load and road conditions.
