PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a method for operating a magnetic resonance device, so as to be capable of especially considering one merit of one functional data. SOLUTION: The method for operating the magnetic resonance device includes a step 22 generating an anatomical image within a range to be photographed of a subject with resolving power and quality capable of being predetermined, a step 24 generating a functional image within the range to be photographed, a step 26 superposing the functional image on the anatomical image and a step characterizing at least one region including information wherein the functional image within the range to be photographed is not decided at the time of superposition. |
