SOLUTION: In home delivery service, even if a large number of home deliver objects is delivered by many part-timers, each part-timer is allowed to possess a portable terminal 3, and a load bar code from the delivery object, and a delivery destination RFID code from an RFID card on the delivery destination side are read by the portable terminal 3. A home delivery management server 1 then collects the load bar code and the delivery destination RFID code from each portable terminal 3 and compares them with the load bar code and the delivery destination RFID code in a delivery object file 13 to confirm whether the delivery person actually went to the delivery destination. |
