PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manual work of palletizing and depalletizing and to facilitate the mechanization by miniaturizing the pallet form of load warehoused in and delivered from a storage warehouse. SOLUTION: In this picking method, wherein a standard pallet 101 of wide size and a narrow width pallet 102 of narrow size are jointly used, the load loaded on the standard pallet 101 is transferred onto the narrow width pallet 102 and warehoused into the storage warehouse 110, and the load on the narrow width pallet 102 delivered from the storage warehouse 110 is carried out.
