PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the drop of shock absorbing effect of a shock absorbing support member and the drive efficiency by making the shock absorbing support member exist only on the side of inside periphery without allowing it to reach the periphery of an oscillator, and drawing out a wiring member from the fixation side to the outside periphery side. SOLUTION: When supporting a stator 1 by a fixing part 7, a shock absorbing support member 4 to be interposed between the stator 1 and the fixing part 7 is made in the same form as the form of a piezoelectric substance 1, and it is fixed to the fixing part 7 by an adhesive or the like, and also it is fixed with the stator 1 too by an adhesive or the like, and it functions as a shock absorber between the stator 1 and the fixing part 7. Moreover, by providing the shock absorbing support member 4 with notches 4a, 4b, and 4c, it follows that the electrode part of the stator 1 corresponding to the notch is exposed when the stator 1 is supported and fixed through the shock absorbing member 4 to the fixed part 7. By arranging the wiring member to be positioned in this exposed section, the wiring member is not subjected to pressure by the shock absorbing support member 4 and the fixing part 7. |
