<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand convenience allowing a user to independently driving a left hand drive vehicle to be parked in and out of an unmanned toll parking lot while operating a shut-off gate machine in such attitude as on a driver's seat, therefor avoiding the impairment of safety due to operation of the shut-off gate machine after going apart from the driver's seat and walking to the shut-off gate machine or while twisting her/himself on the driver's seat. SOLUTION: A combination pipe a12-A is fixed to the end of a handle 2, a flat belt storage box 7 is formed at the end of a bridge pipe 3 extending from the handle 2, a shaft pipe a10-A is fixed to the flat belt storage box 7, a sub-collection pipe 1 is fixed thereto and a touch pipe 5 is fixed to an end shaft pipe d10-D of the sub-collection pipe 1. An internal gear 50 is provided in a casing for the touch pipe 5 and a coin box 6 is protruded on the side face of the touch pipe 5.</p> |
