<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an efficient operation according to the number of passengers. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a number of passenger information storing part 11 for preparing and storing number of passenger information totalizing the number of passengers for every destination station, a transport power calculating part 12 for calculating the number of passengers at each station for every destination station based on the number of passenger information and calculating transportable transport power, an ordinary train operation planning part 15 for making an ordinary vehicle operation plan, a high speed section deciding part 13 for determining a destination station of the vehicle by adding new vehicles to a vehicle line when the number of passengers exceeds a transportable number of passengers and determining a high speed section for performing a high speed traveling to stop the vehicle at only specified stations of the number of stations up to the determined destination station, a high speed section operation planning part 14 for making a high speed section operation plan when the number of vehicles for organizing the vehicle line added with new vehicles exceeds a prescribed number in the high speed section and an operation diagram preparing part 16 for preparing an operation diagram based on the ordinary vehicle operation plan and the high speed section operation plan.</p> |
