摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate laminate die structure which is manufactured in a short period, low-priced, excellent in durability, widely applicable to a press die, a resin die, etc., and easily and automatically manufactured. SOLUTION: The die shape is divided into several bocks in the height direction. Slide data for each plate thickness of metal plates is prepared from three- dimensional CAD data for each block, and the metal plates cut by laser beam are laminated with reference to a reference pin. Gaps between the metal plates are applied or immersed with adhesive and they are pressed together, and the laminated blocks are welded and bound. Or a brazing filler metal is held between the metal plates, and heated, an pressed to a prescribed height in a molten state to weld the metal plates. Holes or grooves for storing the brazing filler metal are made in the laminated plates to improve the strength and sealability. After manufacturing each laminating block, each block is laminated and bound by bolts, welding, etc., to form a die. In order to eliminate any lamination step, the step of the laminated structure is eliminated by heading by a spherical roller, etc., coating resin, or machining by an NC machine.
