PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install and secure a new model mobile terminal in a single operation, charge the mobile terminal, and magnify a relatively small monitor of the new model mobile terminal as large as a monitor of a car navigation system, by providing a dashboard disposed in front of a driver, which dash board is used for allowing the new model mobile terminal constituted by integrating a mobile phone and a PDA to be utilized as a car navigation system in such a manner that a monitor of the mobile terminal is arranged on the dashboard so that the driver can see the monitor. SOLUTION: A case of the device for installing a car navigation system is fit in the dashboard 2. The dashboard 2 includes: an inserting plug connected to a car power supply at a bottom face of a portion 3 in which the case in installed; a falling-off prevention device on both side faces of the portion in which the case is installed; a plastic film magnifying glass that is usually housed in a housing portion to be laid down on a bottom face 7 of the housing portion of the case, and is disposed in front of the monitor to be parallel with the monitor when using the car navigation system; and a cover 5 for covering a whole case.
