摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent internal short-circuiting at a winding start of an electrode by arranging an electrolyte resistant and heat resistant insulating layer on the negative electrode opposed surface side of one end part of a current collecting body having a lead positioned on the inmost periphery between a positive electrode lead and a negative electrode lead. SOLUTION: A positive electrode 2 has a positive electrode current collecting body 6, and a positive electrode mix 7 is applied to its both surfaces by leaving one end. A positive electrode lead 9 is installed in one end part of the positive electrode current collecting body 6 in the shape of projecting sidweways, and an electrolyte resistant and heat resistant insulating layer 10 is formed on the negative electrode opposed surface side of the positive electrode current collecting body 6. A negative electrode 3 has a negative electrode current collecting body 16, and a negative electrode mix 17 is applied to its both sides by leaving a part. The positive electrode 2 and the negative electrode 3 are laminated through a separator 5. The positive electrode lead 9 and a negative electrode lead 19 are laminated so as to be arranged on the lengthwise directional both ends of the positive electrode 2 and the negative electrode 3. Next, they are wound in a spiral shape so that the positive electrode lead 9 is positioned on the inmost periphery, and an electrode body 1 is manufactured.
