PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling pouch which is capable of consistently spouting the liquid content without causing blocking even when the diameter of a spout is small, and easily deforming the spout. SOLUTION: This pouch is a bag formed by overlapping at least two synthetic resin side wall films 2 and 2', a spout 7 protruded in the predetermined direction is formed at an appropriate position of a peripheral edge of a bag-like body, liquid leading passages 8 and 8' of the predetermined length and projecting section along the axis X-X in the projection direction of the spout 7 is formed to the spout 7, and reinforcing parts 9 and 9' of the predetermined length and projection section are formed in the vicinity of side parts of the liquid leading passages 8 and 8' in a back-and-face asymmetrical manner.
