PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cushioning material which has a sufficient cushioning effect, which does not move while it is used, and which surely prevents supported merchandises from being moved. SOLUTION: This cushioning material comprises a cushioning material main body formed in a honeycomb shape or a lattice shape using many tape sheet materials and notches formed at the top face of the main body at predetermined intervals for providing the same with a cushioning effect.
