PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten arrival time to a set temperature of a heated material itself by providing a set hole for a container for a material to be heated having a complementary shape and dimension with a container for a material to be heated and setting a maximum waving on an interior wall surface of a set hole to a specific value or less. SOLUTION: A maximum waving on an interior wall surface of a set hole is restrained to 25μm WCM or less. Thereby, intimacy between an exterior wall surface of a container of a material to be heated and an interior wall surface of a set hole is improved, therefore, heat transmission from a heater to this container is improved, and arrival time of the material to be heated to a set temperature can be shortened. It is preferable that a centerline average coarseness (Rs ) on the interior wall surface of the set hole be 6.3a or less or the maximum height (Rmax ) of the surface be 25S or less, and thereby intimacy between the exterior wall surface of the container of the material heated and the interior wall surface of the set hole is further improved, and arrival time of the material heated itself to a set temperature is shortened.
