PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handcart capable of preventing cargo from crumbling during transportation. SOLUTION: Tow supporting members are mounted on a shaft which is orthogonal to the travelling direction and horizontal so as to be slidable around the shaft between front and rear wheels at the lower section of a load carrying platform, and a pair of right and left rocking plates extending in the travelling direction are mounted on the lower sections of the support member, and wheels are provided on the lower sections of the rocking plates.
