PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface soil transplantation tool with which surface soil can be transferred just as it is without destroying the natural environment and ecosystem of the surface soil in various kinds of civil engineering works. SOLUTION: This surface soil transplantation tool 1 is used both as a surface soil peeling tool and a transportation tool and adopts a characteristic constitution means is formed so as to peel a surface soil layer integrally with a surface soil peeling mechanism 20 at the tip of a self-propelled machine (self-propelled main driving machine A), to open the front end of the tool as an intake and discharge end 3 so as to freely enable a fully loaded state and to detachably set and arrange the tool in the surface soil peeling mechanism 20 in a control sensitivity set in a more sensitive control sensitivity than that in an ordinary control mode.
