<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which effectively treats a solid object to be treated in a degradation and preparation process by means of microbial degradation and is simple in a structure of mechanical equipment. SOLUTION: This horizontal stirring and preparation tank which treats the object to be treated is composed of a horizontal tank main body, an exhaust means, a waste water pipe, a rotation shaft which is also used for a vent pipe which is formed in hollow, a stirring and driving means, a blowing means, plural stirring blades and plural vent pipes. The horizontal tank main body is a cylinder body which forms an inclination in such a manner that one side is a low position edge part and the other side is a high position edge part. On the low position edge part, an object charging port is disposed on the upper side and the vent pipe is disposed on the lower side. On the high position edge part, an overflow port is disposed on the upper side and an object discharging port is disposed on the lower side. In addition, the plural stirring blades in which inclined surfaces are formed in a prescribed angle and the vent pipe which is integrally formed with the stirring blades and is vertically disposed with respect to the shaft direction of the rotation shaft which is also used for the vent pipe are disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the rotation shaft which is also used for the vent pipe.</p> |
