PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the waste of materials as much as possible when the thickness of a floor material to be produced is changed-over to be varied. SOLUTION: First and second entrance side feeding rollers 31a and 31b are arranged at the entrance side of the materials with respect to a sewing needle 25 and first and second exit side feeding rollers 39a and 39b are disposed at an exit side. An entrance side roller plate 28 which supports the upper rollers 29a and 29b of the entrance side feeding rollers 31a and 31b and an exit side roller plate 37 which supports the upper rollers 29c and 29d of the exit side feeding rollers 39a and 39b are constituted to be able to independently elevate/ lower. When the thickness of the floor material to be produced is changed-over to be different, the roller plates 28 and 37 are independently elevated/lowered so that the materials are not required to be uselessly fed. Then the waste of the materials is prevented as much as possible.
