PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure easy contact connection of mirror glass, without an obstructive external line, in view of manufacture and assembly. SOLUTION: An adjuster for an automobile external mirror comprises a drive casing. The drive casing bears a mirror glass holder via a central ball- concave bearing device. The mirror glass holder has intersecting toothed belts or the like. The toothed belts or the like, while enclosing the shelled drive casing, engage with driven gears of two drive motors disposed in the drive casing. An electric contact connector for mirror glass is provided to supply electrical energy for mirror heating, mirror dimming and the like. In this system, contact connecting lines 16 and 17 are guided through the central axis of the ball-concave bearing device.
