PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather strip for a door for securing sealing property over the entire periphery of the door and improving door closing performance. SOLUTION: This weather strip is provided with a base bottom part 43 mounted along an outer periphery of the door, first post wall 41 and second post wall 42 provided vertically at a vehicle inside and a vehicle outside of the base bottom part 43, a connecting wall 44 for connecting the post walls 41 and 42, a vehicle outside wall 51 which is connected with a vehicle outside of the connecting wall 44 and is swollen and curved to the outside, a vehicle inside wall 53 which is connected with a vehicle inside of the connecting wall 44 and extends in a substantially perpendicular to the first post wall 41, an abutting wall 52 which is connected between the vehicle outside wall 51 and the vehicle inside wall 53 and is swollen and curved toward the outside and a seal lip part 60. The weather strip is formed so that the vehicle outside wall 51 and the abutting wall 52 may have substantially the same thickness, the abutting wall 52, the vehicle outside wall 51, the connecting wall 44 and the vehicle inside wall 53 may be shortened in this order, the length of the vehicle inside wall 53 may have substantially the same as that of the first post wall 41, a connecting portion Y of the abutting wall 52 and the vehicle inside wall 53 may be made thin and the abutting wall 52 may be located substantially perpendicular to the vehicle inside wall 53. |
