PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pharmaceutical agent for bone marrow scintigraphy, excellent in accumulativeness in the bone marrow, having good imaging power, and excellent in safety. SOLUTION: This agent for the bone marrow scintigraphy comprises a radioactive metal-supporting porphyrin metal complex formed by chelating the porphyrin metal complex expressed by formula (I) [either of R1 and R2 is CH=CH2 and the other is expressed by formula (II); and M is a transition metal of Mn, Fe, Co or Cu] or its salt with the radioactive metal. Especially, Mn is preferably used as the transition metal M, and further Tc-99m or In-111 is preferably used as the radioactive metal in the preparation.
