PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for enabling a client to get deeper self-recognition without stress in beauty treatment. SOLUTION: A counseling sheet having (1) a column for recording the health, mind, nourishment, sleep, life style and skin conditions and (2) a column for recording the taste of a client, that having face patterns for observing the face of the client, and that having a column for recording the daily use condition of casual cosmetics are used for precounseling.
