AUTOMATIC SILICONE PRINTER AND PRINTING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An automatic silicone printer and a printing method thereof are provided to make silicone printing of various colors by performing printing and drying through automatic controlling. CONSTITUTION: Printers(100) automatically performing printings via an electronic control unit(40) are installed in a conveyor transfer device(20). Dryers(200) are installed at a specific distance from the printers. The printers print characters and patterns of various colors in multiple stages. The silicone of a fabric tape printed is dried by the dryers. The printer comprises a lower body having the electronic control unit and an electric driver and an upper body having a drive arm moving with a slider. The drive arm lifts up and down a press and a spread by a first cylinder and a second cylinder.
