SOLUTION: This system (10) for monitoring the accumulation of industrial waste (51) accumulated at the temporary waste storing places arranged at a plurality of spots is provided with a monitoring means (20) for monitoring the accumulated states of industrial waste and outputting data on the obtained waste-accumulated states, a managing means (30) for releasing the data outputted from the means (20) on a communication network and a perusing means (40) for perusing the data released on the communication network. An industrial waste recovering trader can grasp the accumulated waste and judge the time to recover the stored waste precisely by making good use of the communication network.
