PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blister packaging container capable of beautifully releasing a front side mount from a rear side mount at an interface of both the mounts, where they are thermally adhered to each other, without causing the ply separation of the mounts, when the front side mount is released from the rear side mount to unseal the blister packaging container. SOLUTION: The blister packaging container composed of a front side mount having an opening and a rear side mount is formed in such a way that a plastic- molded case having a swollen portion for storing contents and a flat portion at a periphery of the swollen portion is sandwiched between both the mounts under the condition where the swollen portion of the plastic-molded case is fitted into the opening of the front side mount, and that the front side mount and the rear side mount are thermally adhered to each other at their peripheral portions. The blister packaging container has a constitution that a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate is laminated on an inner face side of any one of the front side mount or the rear side mount and that a thermally adhesive resin layer is formed on an inner face side of the other mount.
